How easy is actually to make an online booking?
From the menu above choose the date of your arrival and the number of nights in order to check our availability. Select the room that suits you the best and continue forward by filling in your personal data. If you have done everything right, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Then you can proceed with the deposit payment, which is representing the sum for the first night of the stay. Have in mind that we don’t see or collect your credit card details, the payment is forwarded directly to our bank’s website. If, for some reason, you can’t pay it at the moment of the booking, you have 7 days of delay to accomplish the payment, after this term it will be cancelled. You can access your booking any time using the entry “check your booking”. All you need is the booking code (you will find it in the e-mail confirmation’s pdf) and your e-mail. Through there you can make a payment, see the status of the reservation or cancel it. For any other changes you have to send us an e-mail or to call us.
And last, but not least, the deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made not later than 2 days prior to arrival date.
